FAQ

Where is your art studio located?

I actually don’t have a formal art studio - I paint out of my house in our guest room that I convert into an art studio most of the time these days be throwing down and 12’x12’ drop cloth, and popping up my easel.

How does local pickup work as an alternative to shipping?

If you are in central Oregon, you can pick up your orders in person. Since I don’t have an art studio space, I’m offering pickup out of my therapy office space. The pickup location is at 1005 SW Disk Drive, Suite 104, Bend, OR 97702. I’m located right on the ridge overlooking the Deschutes River and Farewell Bend Park. So when you come to grab your order, check out the beautiful views and frequent bald eagle sightings!

My hours are Mon & Tues, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Wed & Thurs 9:00am - 2pm. If none of these times work for you, I can also arrange time on Friday. Your order will have your name on it and will be set out in the waiting room area right outside my office door (if I’m in with a client), or I’ll have it in my office with me with the door open (if I’m not with a client). If you have questions, please reach out!

How long does it take for me to get my print order?

Prints orders start processing shortly after ordering. From there, it takes 3-5 days on average, but up to 10 days for the print to be made, signed, packaged, and prepped for pickup or shipping. After that, shipping for paper and unstretched canvas may be only 2-3 days, or it may take longer for ground shipping large stretched canvas prints.

Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of prints being made on demand, I cannot offer returns. However, if products are damaged in shipping, I will make it right!

Can I order prints in different sizes than what is listed?

Yes! please reach out to me and I can give you a quote for what you are looking for and then send you an invoice for ordering.

Can I commission a painting?

Not right now. I have done commissions before, and I found myself steering away from what I enjoy painting. Additionally, my process takes quite a bit of time since I only paint a few hours a week, so it’s hard for me to offer timelines for completing pieces. This may change in the future, but right now, it’s where I’m at.
